John is a founding partner at ISG, bringing 40 years of experience as an Information Management consultant with a focus on managing large software design, development, and implementation projects. He has consulted for numerous Fortune 100 companies and federal, state, and local government agencies. John has led several large-scale business transformation initiatives across public and private sectors, including the State of Washington Medicaid Enterprise Information System and the Washington State Health Insurance Marketplace. As a senior advisor, he has supported program executives, project managers, and CIOs.
 

He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Utah, with minors in Business and Computer Science, and a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. John has also completed post-graduate studies in Business and Information Management. When he’s not working, John enjoys time with his wife of 47 years, his children, and grandchildren, along with outdoor activities like hiking, biking, boating, and golf.
