OPENING: Business Solutions Consultant, full-time



We’re looking for someone who can partner with Agency leadership to architect a path forward to their desired destination.  The ideal candidate would be responsible for practical, functional, outcome-focused engagement starting with the business need or problem, identifying obstacles, conceiving an approach, building a plan, and executing with discipline and iterative improvement to achieve quantifiable results.  


Role Description

  • Identify and define solutions that will maximize the value delivered by an organization to its stakeholders. 

  • Be an agent of change.  Utilize analysis to identify and articulate the need for change and to facilitate that change.  

  • Work across all levels of an organization, defining strategy, creating the enterprise architecture, and defining the goals and requirements for programs and projects or continuous improvement in its technology and processes. 

  • Seeks to improve an organization’s business and operations at an executive level and maximize revenue and efficiency. 

  • Determine the strengths and weaknesses of an entity, then provide decision-makers with suggestions to improve.

OPENING: Quality Assurance Analyst



The QA Analyst is responsible for the application of ISG’s Quality Assurance Framework. The position is an advocate for successful project implementations through application of best practices and experience. The QA Analyst engages as a trusted advisor with project team members as well as project leadership.  The QA Analyst will provide specific and experience-based support for recommendations made by the QA Team, ensuring they are understood and are actionable by the client. 


Role Description

QA Analyst leads the development of observations, risks and recommendations in the reporting process. This includes attending and observing project meetings, development of report cycle interview questions and review of project documentation. 

The Analyst will support development of the written observations and recommendations within the reporting process. 

Within the reporting process, the Analyst will presentation the report of observations, risks and recommendations to Project Stakeholders. 


Monitors risks and recommendations and recommends actions to implement recommendations.

Advises project managers and sponsors on methods and practices to increase project effectiveness and efficiency. 

Participates in the ongoing improvement of the ISG Quality Assurance Framework including refinement of QA methodologies, assessment approach, assessment reporting and, risk and recommendation tracking. 

Provides support for the development of Quality Assurance proposals, developing proposal presentations and preparing the QA team for interviews.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute (PMI) along with the following experience.  


Two (2) years of experience applying Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools. Project management experience should include;

  • Implementation, operations, and maintenance of large complex IT systems on multiple platforms and environments. 

  • Presenting to executive teams. 

  • Leading a team to successful project outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally. 

  • Familiarity with state and local government systems, structures and governance. 

  • Ability to work out of your own home office and work remotely with the ISG team. 

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance when working onsite with clients.
