Gena recently retired as a full - time employee of ISG and assumed a new status of Partner Emeritus, bringing to a close a distinguished career spanning more than 20 years of managing large-scale business and IT initiatives. Her extensive background includes health and human services, public safety, and financial management projects, many with budgets exceeding $100 million. Throughout her career, Gena excelled in securing federal and state funding, establishing governance, managing vendors, supporting communication, and engaging with community partners. Her efforts have impacted over 2 million clients, driven significant organizational change management (OCM), and achieved operational readiness with vendors, service providers, and authorizing entities.

In Gena's Partner Emeritus role, ISG continues leveraging her wealth of experience to guide and support proposals, projects, and WA state agency, county, and municipality creative solutions. Now retired, Gena enjoys sailing, traveling, cooking, and playing word and trivia games.
