Gena is an ISG Principal with more than 20 years’ experience managing large-scale, business and IT initiatives. Her background includes health and human services, public safety, and financial management projects with budgets exceeding $100 M. Gena’s expertise includes securing federal and state funding, establishing governance, managing vendors, supporting communication, and engaging with community partners. Her projects have impacted over 2 million clients, required significant organizational change management, and achieved operational readiness with vendors, service providers, and authorizing entities. More recently, Gena has focused on providing external Quality Assurance services to help other projects benefit from her experience. Gena is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and is a Prosci certified Organizational Change Management (OCM) practitioner.


In her personal time, Gena enjoys sailing, traveling, cooking, and playing word and trivia games.
