With more than 30 years of experience in IT, Carl has worked in both public and private sectors, leading projects involving large-scale system implementations such as ERP, CRM, and HCM. He has been a leader in consulting for over a decade, overseeing practices and teams of project managers. Over his career, Carl has held roles such as VP of Operations for a global manufacturer, CIO of a high-tech startup, and consulting practice director for various public and private sector clients. Carl holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Minnesota.
 

In his free time, Carl is deeply involved in local youth football, whether coaching, preparing sports analytics, or watching baseball. He also enjoys relaxing with a good book.
