Robert is a partner at ISG with more than 34 years of experience working with state and local governments across the country, including 30 years as a consultant. He has led numerous large-scale IT modernization initiatives, helping governments mitigate risks associated with outdated systems, enhance service delivery, and realize efficiencies and financial savings. Robert’s expertise spans various government sectors, including finance, public safety, transportation, health and human services, environmental protection, and labor and employment. He values building trusted, productive relationships with personnel across all levels of his clients’ organizations.
 

Robert earned a Master’s in Public Affairs from Princeton University and a BA in Political Science from Northwestern University. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys exploring history through political biographies.
