ISG’s Advisory Services support public sector organizations in shaping and strengthening critical components of complex IT initiatives. We conduct feasibility studies and accompanying assessments to help agencies evaluate options, define viable paths forward, and establish a clear foundation for investment and delivery. In addition, ISG provides independent, targeted assessments of key artifacts and strategies such as procurements (requests for proposals or information), vendor contracts, testing and security approaches, agile delivery practices, and more to ensure they are clear, actionable, and aligned with project objectives and organizational goals.
