Service Overview
Strong governance gives organizations a clear way to make decisions, address risks, and hold delivery partners accountable. ISG helps public agencies establish governance and vendor management practices that support timely action, transparent oversight, and responsible use of resources.
We work with executive sponsors and project leaders to define decision authority, roles and responsibilities, escalation pathways, and oversight forums. Our team leads clients through the development of project charters, reporting expectations, and change control processes, building shared ownership of the governance program from the outset. We then manage the established governance framework and identify opportunities to strengthen its effectiveness as the program evolves, helping stakeholders evaluate progress and understand the implications of scope, schedule, and budget decisions.
Our services span the full system lifecycle, from business case analysis and feasibility studies, procurement planning and selection through implementation and performance management. Services include assessments of current state and options analysis to facilitate decision-making, requirements coordination, RFI and RFP development, evaluation support, and assistance with contract negotiations. Once a vendor is engaged, we translate commitments into clear delivery expectations, acceptance criteria, and performance measures.
Throughout the engagement, ISG facilitates constructive conversations, tracks commitments, and helps resolve issues before they undermine progress. We manage vendor delivery commitments with disciplined accountability, giving clients confidence that expectations are being met and investments are producing tangible progress. Our approach emphasizes the delivery of working products and measurable outcomes at regular intervals, allowing performance concerns to be identified early and keeping projects focused on their intended outcomes.
