Large-Scale Public-Sector Financial System Modernization
Large Local Government Agency
June 2024 – Present
A large local government agency launched a major modernization initiative to replace legacy systems supporting the administration of a complex, high-volume financial function. The program required coordination across numerous jurisdictions and stakeholders and called for strong governance, vendor oversight, procurement support, and a modern delivery approach to successfully transition from planning into implementation.
